Refractive Surgery - Complications

Lasik Complications are the unanticipated events that can take place months or years after Lasik is done. Serious complications are exceptional however their rate should not be reduced to zero. These complications include but are not limited to: dry eye, irregular, uneven or rough corneal surface, ectasia, which is a protrusion or bulging of the cornea. A few of the visual complications include: glare, halos around lights, reduced vision indoors and at night, double and triple vision and distorted vision known as higher order aberrations.
